Full 90 Day Warranty for Indoor/Outdoor Pillows

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty covers the entire Pillow for 90 days, if it’s found to be defective, due to material and/or workmanship, and when put into service for private residential use. Covered deficiencies include: seam separation, excessive wear, yarn breaks, solar fading, staining, mildew, and/or zipper failure.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, destructive acts or events --other than normal wear--, or failure to maintain according to the care label. Examples include but are not limited to: perforation by sharp objects, contact with intense heat, flame, or corrosive chemicals, improper cleaning or failure to clean, prolonged submersion, discoloration from glue, tar, ink, paint, resin, or other adhesives, sealers, coatings and engineered marking agents. In addition, this warranty does not cover the product when it is put into service in a manner or location other than that of a private residence, or any incidental or consequential damages incurred by the use of or inability to use the Pillow.

When Coverage Begins and How Long It Will Remain in Effect

Coverage begins on the date of the original purchase and extends for a period of 90 days.

What We'll Do to Correct a Problem

We will collect the information we need from you in order to accept and process your claim. After which we’ll send a postage-paid return package and instructions for returning the defective part or parts. Once received, we’ll either ship an equivalent replacement, or if unavailable, we’ll issue a full refund for your direct costs, to include the original purchase price of the Pillow(s) and item-prorated shipping and taxes. We’ll let you know what to expect with our acknowledgment reply. If receiving a refund, you’ll have the choice of credit to the method of the original purchase, or a paper check, drawn on a U.S. institution, and mailed to an address in the US.

What We Will Not Do

We will not exchange the Pillow for a different style or color. (If you’re unhappy with your selection, please see our 30 day return For-Any-Reason policy on our website here: start a return.) We reserve the right to inspect the returned goods and refuse coverage for any transgression of the trust of this warranty. We will notify you of any such decision and provide a detailed reason.

How to Obtain Warranty Service

Contact us electronically by filling out the Return/Exchange form here: start a return. We’ll ask you to tell us what went wrong and provide us with the information we need to help you. We’ll need to contact you directly to provide warranty service. This will involve sending an RMA number and instructions by email, and might include asking you for more information.

The form requires the following:

  • the reason for return

  • the retail store from which purchased

  • the order number

  • the quantity of items being returned

  • your first and last name

  • your email address

  • your telephone number

  • a description of the problem for each defective item

  • how you wish to be credited

  • the delivery address in the US, if different from the original order

In the event that a paper check is requested, please allow 6 weeks for processing. The check will be sent to the delivery address of the original purchase or alternate U.S. address, if indicated.

We’ll issue an RMA number and let you know what to expect. We cannot process warranty requests without an RMA number.

You must correspond with us by web form and email, which requires that you have internet access and an email account. You must also have physical access to a UPS full service center, or pickup service, in order to return the prepaid package to us.

What You Must Do to Keep this Warranty in Effect

You are not required to do anything to keep this warranty in effect.

How State Laws May Effect This Warranty

Your state may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
